KanjiDraw
KanjiDraw is built for everyone who wants to know more kanji — not just recognise them, but actually read and write them.
The kanji order follows the WaniKani curriculum, so the two tools complement each other naturally: learn the meaning and reading on WaniKani, then come here to practice stroke order and build muscle memory.
Each kanji goes through several stages — guided drawing, free recall, stroke puzzles — until it truly sticks. Silver and Gold rows add reading, matching, and timed challenges on top.
Kanji can feel like an impossible wall. KanjiDraw exists to tear that wall down — to make kanji accessible to every Japanese learner in the world, one stroke at a time.
This is a passion project, and it grows with the people who use it. Share your progress, report issues, suggest new features, or just say hi — I'd love to hear from you.
