By using KanjiDraw (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

KanjiDraw is a free educational web application for learning Japanese kanji characters. The App is provided "as is" without any warranties.

3. User Account

• Registration is optional — the app works anonymously.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• Creating accounts for automated access or abuse is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend an account for violations of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• automatically collect data (scraping, crawling);
• interfere with the App's servers or infrastructure;
• circumvent technical limitations of the App;
• use the App for commercial purposes without our written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All App content — text, graphics, kanji SVG paths, design — is the property of KanjiDraw. Kanji SVG data is based on the KanjiVG project (Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 licence). Personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not responsible for loss of progress or service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. By continuing to use the App after changes are published, you accept the revised Terms. The update date is shown at the top of this page.
