Chained て-forms describe actions in sequence; only the final verb carries the tense and politeness for the whole chain.

しごとが おわってから、のみに いきます。
After work finishes, I go for a drink.
てから makes the order explicit: the second action happens only after the first is complete.
い-adj: 〜くて; な-adj/noun: 〜で. “…and…”: 広くて、明るい.
この へやは ひろくて、あかるいです。
This room is spacious and bright.
To link two descriptions: い-adjectives become 〜くて (いい → よくて); な-adjectives and nouns take で. The last adjective carries the tense.
