JLPT N3 Kanji Practice Sheets

About these worksheets

JLPT N3 is the intermediate bridge between beginner and advanced Japanese. It introduces kanji for more abstract ideas, work and the news — for example 政 (politics), 経 (pass through), 議 (deliberation) and 認 (recognise). Choose the ones you need and print a custom sheet.

How to use them

1. Pick the kanji you want in the set above — or click Select all.
2. Click “Print / Save as PDF” to generate your sheet.
3. Print the sheet and practice yourself, or hand copies to your students in class.

Each row builds the character up one stroke at a time one after another, then gives a grey stencil to trace and blank squares to write it from memory.
