About these worksheets

JLPT N1 is the advanced level — the most complex and least frequent kanji, found in literature, law and specialised texts. Select the characters you are studying and print a personalised stroke-order worksheet rather than working through all of them at once.

How to use them

1. Pick the kanji you want in the set above — or click Select all.
2. Click “Print / Save as PDF” to generate your sheet.
3. Print the sheet and practice yourself, or hand copies to your students in class.

Each row builds the character up one stroke at a time one after another, then gives a grey stencil to trace and blank squares to write it from memory.
