〜やすい and 〜にくい: easy and hard to do

Both attach to the verb stem and turn it into an い-adjective describing the thing, not the person: a pen that is easy to write with.

ます-stem + やすい (easy to) / にくい (hard to). They conjugate like い-adjectives (わかりやすかったです, 食べにくいです).
